If you are an academic or industry scientist and you have an idea for an activity, experiment or technique that would help inform the public about your field we would love to hear from you!

 

We are always seeking to develop engaging and informative activities and experiments that will teach people about exciting topics in science and engineering.  We pride ourselves on bringing science directly from the lab to the community, thereby offering the general public a glimpse into the lives of scientists.

 

Most of our programs are around two hours in length, so experiments should be able to be completed during this timeframe, although our volunteers can do some preparatory work beforehand.  Experiments should be safe for kids ages 10 and above and use supplies and reagents that are reasonably priced and available from common retailers.
